What challenges did you face before implementing the Quanturi system?

We have been using the Quanturi Laundry System for roughly 2 years now. Prior to implementing the Quanturi Probes, we experienced a couple of close calls on soiled linen that became too hot and nearly combusted. With the probes, we no longer need to lean on “hope” and can rest easy knowing we have all slings probed and will receive any alerts if temps rise.

How has the Quanturi system impacted your operations?

The Quanturi System has improved safety and reduced disruptions by allowing us to have a constant picture of each sling we have and the current temp in each sling. Simply logging in daily and nightly to see each slings current temp allows us to maintain a safe working environment and avoid any possible disruptions if there were to be a combustion fire.

What features of the Quanturi system have made the biggest difference to your daily operations?

The text alerts on the Quanturi system have made the biggest impact on our operations. Each night, any sling that has items that could possibly combust is placed outside and away from any buildings. This is now the standard protocol every day.

The Quanturi Team has been nothing short of amazing and has always taken care of us and been there if we were to have any issues. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Kelly and the rest of the staff at Quanturi and we are very fortunate to have established a relationship with such a great company.
